Out with the old in with the new {{Part 2}}

Hey folks! Just wanted to pop in on your Sunday afternoon and share the rest of my bathroom “mini-makeover”. {exciiiiited}

We went on a little getaway to Tennessee and when we got back the whole family was sick. So it was resting {as much as you can with an almost one year old } and soup, lotssss of soup! Now that everyone is feeling back to normal I’m MORE than ready to share pics with you!

Now let’s get down to the bathroom “mini-makeover”….

We had a very outdated medicine cabinet above our la toilette {<–to say it in prettier terms}. As always, I wanted to be frugal so I just gave it a facelift. Here is a before pic…

I did the exact same steps as I did in http://diyconfessions.com/2012/08/15/out-with-the-old-in-with-the-new/.

A little sanding, a little painting, roughed it up {to add a little rustic appeal} and sealed it. On this one though I decided to leave off the doors. I liked it open better than having the outdated doors on it. See what you think….
